Wade Dokken

Wade Dokken

President and Founder

Wade Dokken

Wade Dokken has 25 years of experience as an annuity marketing innovator and senior life company executive manager. Wade was the face of American Skandia, leading its sales and marketing from their launch in 1988. He also played a vital role as a marketing and sales innovator.

Moving from National Sales Manager to Chief Marketing Officer at American Skandia, Wade led the development of one of the industry’s highest performing sales teams, reaching 125 field wholesalers in the wirehouse, bank, and financial planner channels, and selling variable annuity, 401k, mutual fund, and variable life. American Skandia was perennially the VA leader in the financial planner channel, and its wholesaling and marketing teams routinely received the highest scores from Market Metrics in key quality measures. Wade was named CEO in 2000, and led the sale of the company through Goldman Sachs to Prudential Financial for $1.2 billion in 2003.

After the sale of American Skandia, Wade, his wife, and three boys traveled the world for a year, at one point living in Italy as part of an international education experience for the children. Now living in Bozeman, Montana, Wade and his family are avid skiers, hikers, and participants in all the outdoor pursuits of Southwestern Montana.

Lincoln Collins

Lincoln Collins is a senior financial services executive with an entrepreneurial spirit. He led the launch of the Hartford Life Limited, Europe as the Chief Executive Officer, and within four years, generated sales over $1.25 billion and was a top-ten provider of both variable annuities and private pensions. The company achieved industry awards for product innovation, marketing, customer service, & technology, and was named a Financial Times Top 50 Workplace in the United Kingdom.

Prior to The Hartford, Lincoln helped launch American Skandia as employee number 14 in 1988. He was the leader of Skandia’s strategy and product development teams before being named Chief Operating Officer. Lincoln played a major role in the development of the annuity platform, mutual funds, 401k, and variable life product lines. Known for innovative product, marketing, and use of technology to support sales, Skandia raised over $43 billion in assets before Prudential Financial purchased the company in 2003 for $1.2 billion.

Lincoln lives in San Francisco with his wife and two children; he enjoys mountain biking, running, skiing, and sailing. He is a board member of First Graduate, a program dedicated to helping young people in the San Francisco Bay Area become the first members of their families to graduate from college. Lincoln also enjoys participating in the Marin Highlanders Rugby Club.

Matt Sawyer

As Vice President of Sales, Matt Sawyer brings 30 years of experience in the financial services industry to WealthVest. Matt and his national team of Regional Consultants are responsible for the development of broker/dealer distribution for Delaware Life Insurance Company.

Over the course of his career, Matt managed the broker/dealer services area at OppenheimerFunds, and wholesaled for Nationwide, Putnam Investments, Deutsche Asset Management, and Lincoln Financial Distributors. Matt has broad experience in helping financial advisors build strong and productive practices, utilizing traditional, alternative, and risk-free asset classes.

Matt and his wife Gina live in Bozeman, Montana, with their three children. His passions away from work include snowboarding, wake-boarding, and mountain biking.

Kim Parlett

Vice President, Operations

Kim Parlett

As Vice President of Customer Service and Operations, Kim guides WealthVest’s licensing, appointment, and new business processing teams. She is constantly focused on providing all WealthVest customers with an exceptional experience.

Kim has worked across a wide variety of disciplines, including marketing, general management, finance, and operations for both large corporations, including Miller Brewing Company and General Motors, and small businesses, such as Lone Mountain Guest Ranch in Big Sky, Montana. Kim’s professional experiences and her educational background have given her a holistic view of business and a strong understanding of how the seamless integration of marketing, sales, and operations ensures the delivery of a positive customer experience.

Kim holds an undergraduate degree from The University of the South in Economics and an MBA from Vanderbilt University. Kim and her husband Mark live in Manhattan, Montana, spending much of their free time with their dogs Jack and Annie, fly fishing, hiking, backpacking, camping, skiing, and cooking.

Seth Friedman

Seth has a 30 year record of driving bank and broker-dealer sales of financial products. His focus in financial services distribution is partnering with client firms to drive profitable long-term sales growth. Seth was part of the senior management team at Jackson National, Nationwide Financial, and Mutual of Omaha before joining WealthVest. Seth is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and resides in the Boston area.

Charlie Yoachum

Vice President, Regional Director Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana & Arkansas

Charlie Yoachum

Charlie Yoachum began his wholesaling career in 1993 with Planco Financial services. Coinciding with the Hartford Financial acquisition of Planco in 1999, he was promoted to Southwest Division sales manager. In 2004, he was promoted to Vice President, Central Division sales manager, later becoming responsible for Western U.S. Sales. As a Regional Director at Wealthvest, Charlie works directly with financial advisors in Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana. He manages relationships with brokerage firms, independent BD’s, bank investment programs, and financial institutions.
Charlie graduated from the University of Texas at Pan American with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics. Charlie and his wife, Patti, have two children, and currently reside in Port Aransas, Texas. When he isn’t working, Charlie is an avid hunter and fisherman.

Anthony Lewis

Anthony Lewis

Anthony has been a part of the WealthVest team for 4 years now. Originally, he was brought onboard to market, distributed and sell The Hartford’s first fixed Index annuity in banks and regional broker dealers. Today, Anthony and his internal sales team focus on increasing fixed index annuity awareness, supporting numerous wholesale forces and growing sales share one financial advisor at a time.

Marc Rogers

Marc Rogers

Marc has been in the wholesale business for over 12 years and has also done personal production. In addition to working with agents and advisors, Marc specializes in helping broker dealers grow their fixed annuity business. Marc is passionate about the insurance industry and shares his successes by mentoring junior marketing consultants and personally working with advisors and agents to take their business to the next level. For the past 4 years, Marc has been awarded the Allianz ADG #1 Marketer of the Year and was his prior company’s Marketer of the Year in 2010, 2011, and 2012. When he isn’t working, Marc enjoys golfing, snowboarding, working out, and spending time with his wife and three children.
