Matt Hamann Joins Executive Leadership Team at WealthVest

WealthVest is pleased to announce that Matt Hamann, a senior industry veteran in the annuity and long-term care industry, has joined their team as vice president of national sales. In the role, Matt will oversee the wholesaling of MassMutual Strategic Distributors’ competitive hybrid life/long-term care product line to banks, credit unions, and broker-dealers.

Throughout his 25-year career, Matt has held key leadership roles in the insurance industry, shaping insurance, annuity and worksite solutions for three industry-leading insurance carriers. He led Transamerica's Individual & Group Worksite Long Term Care most recently while working in partnership with Transamerica Annuity distribution. He also consulted a leading fintech to help scale their digital platform for the annuity, life and long-term care markets.

Matt has extensive experience building and leading sales distribution and strategy for national wholesaling organizations, independent brokerage, institutional accounts and broker-dealer relationships. His contributions have helped more than 305,000 individuals secure lifetime income security and insurance coverage.

In addition to his distribution experience, Matt has extensive knowledge of product development, go-to-market strategy, operational alignment, advisor marketing and technology integration. He has led strategic partnerships with several prominent organizations, including the NFL, LIONS International and many of the nation's largest fraternal groups and unions.

In his free time, Matt Hamann enjoys skiing, snowshoeing, boating, marksmanship and spending time outdoors with friends and family.  Matt and his wife, Jennifer, have had a lifetime commitment to serving others in the community and look forward to continuing to do so as they relocate to Bozeman, MT.
