WealthVest Employees Gather for National Sales Meeting
Bozeman Financial Services Company Hosts First National Sales Meeting Since 2019
For the first time since 2019, WealthVest, a financial services marketing and wholesaling firm, was able to bring together its nearly 100 employees and four nationwide wholesaling teams for its in-person National Sales Meeting in Bozeman this May.
The National Sales Meeting is an opportunity for WealthVest’s employees to gather, exchange ideas, hear from experts in the financial services industry, and learn new ways to support financial professionals and their clients. This year’s meeting centered around the theme, Elevate Your Game.
Among the speakers at this year’s meeting was Bill Cates, founder of the Referral Coach International, who presented on how to effectively coach financial professionals to build their practice and gain more referrals. Employees also heard from Evan Carroll with Spapiro Negotiations Inc., who discussed new ways to engage with financial professionals through digital and virtual means, and Hank Schulthesz from North Pointe Partners, who presented on successful wholesaling in a post-pandemic world.
Employees also heard from various WealthVest executive team members and department managers throughout the four-day event. Tim Pierotti, the company’s new Chief Investment Strategist, provided an in-depth market update. WealthVest National Sales Managers Alex Samoila, Matt Hamann, and Charlie Yoachum also took turns presenting specific sales ideas to help their wholesaling teams elevate their game over the next year.
The meeting wrapped up with a day of team-building activities in and around Bozeman and an evening at the company’s headquarters, featuring a live band and local food truck.
