The Bozeman Daily Chronicle has named WealthVest, a financial services marketing and wholesaling firm, as the top local employer – Gallatin’s Greatest - in the categories of Top Employee Recognition Program, Most Innovative Workplace and Best Benefits Program for 2022.

As the official community choice awards for Bozeman and the surrounding communities, Gallatin’s Greatest gives community members the opportunity to nominate, vote for, and recognize outstanding local businesses and individuals. WealthVest was nominated across 7 categories, alongside dozens of other local businesses in the community. The company was also named as a finalist in the categories of Best Place to Work, Company Culture, Overall Leadership and Community-Minded Business.

“Our goals at WealthVest are big, we’re looking to triple our sales and revenue over the next several years,” said Lincoln Collins, president/chief operations officer and co-founder of WealthVest. “As I frequently say, ‘It doesn’t just happen’. Our people make it happen every day. It’s our job to hire the best, give them the tools they need and remove bottlenecks, they do the rest.”

A leading provider of fixed and fixed index annuities to financial advisors, WealthVest employs over 110 individuals nationwide, with the majority based out of their home office in Bozeman. Founded in 2009, the company has worked diligently to create a strong workplace culture focused on empowering team members to innovate, be solutions-oriented and strive for continuous improvement.

“We are profoundly grateful and humbled by these honors bestowed on WealthVest by our wonderful community through the Gallatin’s Greatest Community Choice Awards and the efforts of the Daily Chronicle,” said Brad Wilson, vice president of human resources and talent development at WealthVest. “At WealthVest, we enjoy a culture of excellence driven by our phenomenal team.”
