WealthVest selected as a Top Workplace in Montana out of nearly 800 companies

Montana’s Top Workplace program has selected WealthVest, a Bozeman-based financial services marketing and wholesaling firm, as one of the top places to work in the state for 2022. The state-wide employer recognition program chose 11 companies to receive the distinction, out of nearly 800 Montana-based companies that were invited to participate.

Coordinated by Lee Enterprises of Montana, the program evaluates companies using a combination of research-based employee surveys and national workplace standards. WealthVest consistently ranked as a best-in-class company across multiple categories, including alignment with company values, employee appreciation, employee development, pay, benefits and more to receive the distinction. We also received a special award recognizing them for Best Company Direction.
